1. How far in advance should we book Knight Visuals for our wedding?

I recommend booking as early as possible, ideally 6–12 months before your wedding. This ensures your date is reserved and allows time for planning engagement sessions, pre-wedding consultations, and any custom requests.

2. Do you travel for weddings outside the uk?

Yes! I cover weddings across the UK, and other locations. Travel fees may apply for distant venues, which I can clarify during booking.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule, we’ll do our best to accommodate a new date based on availability. For cancellations, a portion of the deposit may be non-refundable depending on the timing. Detailed terms are provided in your booking agreement to ensure clarity and peace of mind.

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

Yes, we provide premium wedding albums, prints, and wall art. Albums are crafted to tell your story from start to finish, while prints are perfect for displaying the moments you love most.

5. Do you offer engagement or pre-wedding shoots?

Yes! Engagement sessions are a great way to get comfortable in front of the camera, capture your love story, and create images you can use for invitations, save-the-dates, or social media.

6. Can I request specific poses or shots?

Absolutely! While I focus on capturing natural, candid moments, I welcome your ideas and shot requests. Whether it’s family portraits, special couple poses, or creative concepts, I’ll work with you to make sure the photos reflect your vision while keeping the day relaxed and fun.

7. Can we meet before the session?

Absolutely! I encourage a pre-session meeting or consultation, either in person or virtually. It’s a great chance to get to know each other, discuss your vision, review locations, and make sure you feel comfortable in front of the camera. This helps the day run smoothly and ensures your photos feel natural and authentic.

8. How long till I receive the final photos?

Wedding galleries are usually delivered within 4–6 weeks. Engagement and portrait sessions are quicker, typically within 1–2 weeks. You’ll receive high-resolution images via an online gallery, ready to download and share.
